Cancellation policy

Subscriptions

When you subscribe to a British Candy Box, you'll receive a new selection of British sweets, chocolates, crisps and snacks delivered on a recurring basis.

Billing & Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically on the last day of each month unless an alternative renewal date has been agreed with us.

Your payment method will be charged automatically at each renewal date until your subscription is cancelled.

Shipping is charged separately and includes tracked delivery.

Managing Your Subscription

You can manage your subscription through your customer account, including:

  • Skipping a month
  • Updating your delivery details
  • Changing your payment method
  • Cancelling your subscription

There is no minimum commitment. You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next renewal is processed.

If you have already been charged for an upcoming box and it has not yet shipped, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

Product Selection

Each monthly box contains a different selection of British treats. We work hard to minimise repeat products, with most items not returning for at least 6 months. In some cases, a familiar product may return in a different flavour.

Pre-Orders

From time to time we may offer products for pre-order before they arrive in stock.

Payment

Payment is taken at the time the pre-order is placed.

Estimated Shipping Dates

Where possible, an estimated shipping date will be shown on the product page. These dates are estimates and may occasionally change due to supplier or shipping delays.

Combined Orders

If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, your order will be held and shipped together once all items are available.

Cancellations

Pre-orders may be cancelled for a full refund at any time before dispatch.

Returns & Damaged Items

Due to the nature of food products, we are unable to accept returns of edible items.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with photographs of the damage and we will arrange a replacement or suitable resolution where appropriate.
