📦 Orders & Shipping

Where do you ship?

We ship to most countries worldwide using Royal Mail tracked services. If Royal Mail offers a tracked service to your destination, we can usually ship there.

How long does it take to dispatch my order?

Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday. Most orders are shipped within 1–2 business days.

How long will delivery take?

UK orders typically arrive within 2–3 working days after dispatch. Most international orders arrive within approximately 5–10 working days, although delivery times can vary by destination.

Is tracking included?

Yes. All orders are shipped with tracking included as standard, allowing you to follow your parcel from Great Britain to your doorstep.

Which courier do you use?

We ship all orders using Royal Mail. We believe it's an important part of delivering an authentic British experience.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive tracking information so you can follow its progress.

What happens if my parcel is lost in transit?

If your parcel is confirmed as lost in transit, we'll send a replacement.

What happens if I enter the wrong shipping address?

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, please contact us to update the address. An additional shipping charge will be required to resend the order.

Do I need to sign for my delivery?

Most UK orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48 and do not require a signature. If you require a signature service, please contact us before ordering.

Can I request next-day delivery?

If you require next-day delivery, please contact us before placing your order and we'll be happy to discuss the available options.

How do subscriptions work?

Our subscription boxes renew automatically based on your chosen schedule. We carefully curate the contents each month so you can discover a variety of British treats.

When will my subscription renew?

By default, subscriptions renew on the last day of each month. This can be changed within your customer portal if required.

Can I make changes to my subscription?

Yes. You can make changes to your subscription at any time before your next order is processed.

Can I skip a month?

Yes. You can skip upcoming deliveries through your customer portal.

Can I pause my subscription?

Yes. You can pause your subscription through the customer portal or by contacting us.

Can I change how often I receive my box?

Yes. You can adjust the delivery frequency to suit you, including monthly, every two months and other available schedules.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes. There is no minimum commitment period and you can cancel your subscription at any time.

Is there a minimum subscription term?

No. There is no minimum commitment period and you can cancel after your first box if you wish.

Do the contents change each month?

Yes. Our subscription boxes are designed to help you discover new British treats, so the contents change regularly.

Can I choose the items in my box?

We don't currently offer custom box selections, but we're always interested in hearing what customers would like to see included.

Can I add extra items to my order?

Yes. Any additional items purchased from our online store will be shipped alongside your order where possible.

Where do your products come from?

All of our products are sourced in the United Kingdom.

Do you offer vegetarian, vegan or gluten-free boxes?

We don't currently offer boxes specifically designed for dietary requirements. However, if you contact us before ordering, we'll do our best to accommodate your needs where possible.

How do I find allergen information?

All products are clearly labelled with allergen information. If you have any questions, please contact us before ordering.

🎁 Gifts

Can I send a box as a gift?

Yes. Many of our boxes make fantastic gifts and can be sent directly to the recipient.

Can I include a gift message?

Yes. You can add a personalised gift message using the gift message box on the cart page.

Will pricing information be included?

No. Invoices and receipts are not included inside gift orders.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

We don't currently offer gift wrapping, but all orders are carefully packaged and presented.

Where taxes, duties or tariffs apply, they will be shown and collected at checkout where applicable.

Yes. We regularly ship to customers across the United States using tracked Royal Mail services.

I'm looking for a gift. Which box would you recommend?

If you're looking for a one-off gift, we recommend our British Gift Box. It contains approximately 14–16 authentic British sweets, chocolates, crisps and snacks and includes free tracked shipping. It's a great choice for birthdays, holidays, care packages or anyone who loves British treats.

What's the difference between the Ultimate British Candy Box and the Great British Candy Box?

Both boxes contain a changing selection of authentic British sweets, chocolates, crisps and snacks. The Ultimate British Candy Box is our largest subscription and typically contains 12–14 treats, while the Great British Candy Box is a slightly smaller option with approximately 9–11 treats. Both offer a fun way to discover new British favourites each month.

The British Gift Box is a one-off purchase with no ongoing commitment, making it perfect for gifting. The Ultimate British Candy Box is a subscription that renews automatically and delivers a new selection of treats each month.

I'm new to British snacks. Which box should I choose?

Our British Gift Box or Ultimate British Candy Box are great places to start. Both include a variety of popular British sweets, chocolates, crisps and snacks, giving you a broad taste of what Britain has to offer.

I don't have much of a sweet tooth. Which box would you recommend?
