At British Candy Box, we're proud to ship authentic British treats all over the world.

All orders are shipped from the United Kingdom using Royal Mail and include tracked delivery, allowing you to follow your parcel from dispatch to delivery.

Processing & Dispatch

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 working days unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking information.

United Kingdom

All UK orders are shipped using Royal Mail Tracked 48.

Most UK orders arrive within 2–3 working days after dispatch.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order.

If you require a faster delivery service or a signature-on-delivery service, please contact us before placing your order and we'll be happy to discuss the available options.

Europe

All European orders are shipped using a fully tracked Royal Mail service.

For customers within the European Union, we use the Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS) scheme where applicable. This means any VAT due is collected at checkout, helping to avoid unexpected charges when your parcel arrives.

Most European orders arrive within approximately 5–10 working days after dispatch.

International Orders

All international orders are shipped using a fully tracked Royal Mail service.

Most orders to destinations such as the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand arrive within approximately 5–10 working days after dispatch.

For customers in the United States, any applicable tariff charges are collected at checkout and paid in advance, helping to reduce the likelihood of unexpected charges upon delivery.

Customs, Duties & Delays

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

International shipments may occasionally be delayed due to customs inspections, local postal services, weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control.
