To keep the experience authentically British, all orders are shipped using Royal Mail.

🇬🇧 United Kingdom

All UK orders are shipped using Royal Mail Tracked 48 and typically arrive within 2–3 working days after dispatch.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order.

If you require a next-day delivery or a signature-on-delivery service, please contact us before placing your order and we'll be happy to discuss the available options.

🇪🇺 Europe

All European orders are shipped using a fully tracked Royal Mail service.

For customers in EU member countries, we use the Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS) scheme. This means any applicable VAT is collected at checkout, helping to avoid unexpected charges when your order arrives.

Most European orders arrive within approximately 5–10 working days after dispatch.

🌎 International Orders

All international orders are shipped using a fully tracked Royal Mail service.

Most orders to destinations such as the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand arrive within approximately 5–10 working days after dispatch.

For customers in the United States, any applicable tariff charges are collected at checkout and paid in advance, helping to ensure a smooth delivery experience with no unexpected fees upon arrival.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive tracking information so you can follow your British treats every step of the way.
