At British Candy Box, we want you to be happy with your order. Please read the information below regarding cancellations, refunds and damaged items.

Food Products

Due to the nature of food products, we are unable to accept returns of edible items once they have been dispatched.

This does not affect your statutory rights if goods arrive damaged, faulty or not as described.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or there is a problem with the products received, please contact us as soon as possible and include photographs where available.

Depending on the nature of the issue, we may:

  • Replace the affected item(s)
  • Send replacement products
  • Replace the entire box
  • Offer a refund where appropriate

We will always aim to resolve issues fairly and as quickly as possible.

Lost Parcels

All subscription boxes are shipped using tracked delivery services.

If your parcel appears to be lost in transit, please contact us. Once the shipment has been investigated, we may offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Heat Damage

During warmer periods, some chocolate and confectionery products may soften or melt during transit.

While we take care when packing orders, we cannot control temperatures during transportation. Minor cosmetic changes caused by heat do not normally affect product quality or safety.

If your order arrives with significant heat damage, please contact us with photographs and we will review the situation.

Subscription Boxes

Subscription boxes renew automatically according to the schedule selected when purchasing.

You may skip, pause or cancel your subscription at any time before your next renewal date.

Pre-Orders

Pre-order products are charged at the time the order is placed.

Estimated dispatch dates will be shown on the product page where available.

Pre-orders may be cancelled for a full refund at any time before dispatch.

If an order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, the order will normally be held and shipped once all items are available.
